Unapproved sample refund and cancellation framework; no payment should rely on it.

Under this unapproved sample framework, a learner requests cancellation in writing. A request received at least seven calendar days before the first lesson receives a full refund. A later request received before the first lesson receives 80% of fees paid. After teaching begins, completed lessons are non-refundable; if withdrawal is requested before 25% of scheduled lessons have taken place, the unused lesson portion is refunded pro rata, and after that point no learner-cancellation refund is offered. Learner absences and missed lessons are not refunded.

If Manya’s Education Plus cancels a cohort before it starts, fees paid are refunded in full. If Manya’s Education Plus ends a cohort after it starts and no reasonable replacement schedule is accepted, unused lessons are refunded pro rata. Payment-plan balances are adjusted under the same rules. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days.

This sample has not been legally approved and may not reflect mandatory cooling-off or consumer rights, which continue to apply. Before launch, the client and legal reviewer must approve cancellation notice methods, local-law rights, exceptional circumstances, transfer requests, third-party material charges, taxes and payment-processor treatment. Payment collection must remain disabled until final terms are published and accepted.
